JPEGs are accepted but not preferred, as compressed files offer less editing latitude than RAW or TIFF files.

Do you use AI?
No. Every image is retouched by me by hand. No AI retouching, no generative fills, no automated skin plug-ins.
What does $15 per image include?
Each standard portrait retouch includes skin cleanup and natural texture refinement, blemish removal, hair and flyaway cleanup, colour and exposure correction, subtle makeup enhancement, high-resolution delivery, one revision.
How long will my order take?
Typical delivery is 7–10 days, depending on the number of images submitted and current order volume.
What files should I upload?

Can I provide references and detailed instructions?
Yes. You can add a general brief plus notes on individual images: desired finish, details to preserve, details to correct, colour references, intended use and a requested deadline.
How do revisions work?
One revision is included with each standard retouch.
Will my images stay private?
Yes. Your files are private to your account and are never added to the portfolio without your written permission.
How will I receive the finished files?
Your finished high-resolution images will be available to download securely from your client area.
Can I cancel my order?
Completed or delivered retouching is non-refundable. You may request a refund only if your order is cancelled before any retouching work has begun.
